Stay here if you have low expectations.Common area- dirty corridor, not well maintained, very uninviting, bad sound proofing (good luck if you’re a light sleeper).Swimming pool- cloudy water as not well maintained, it’s ok if you’re used to swimming in beaches. Can barely see the floor of the swimming pool cause water is quite dirty & can see algae at some corners.Gym was closed and to access to gym, the walkway is quite tight and hidden, not friendly accessible.Generally, this place does not meet expectations as per advertised, it’s overly hyped. Shop lots below are not ready to operate yet. It’s not ready to serve as an ideal place to stay.Studio unit- kitchen is not user friendly, only one switch socket for washer/ microwave/ kettle. Found COCKROACH inside kitchen drawer. Bed is not comfortable at all & they have the WORST sofa ever.Toilet- depending on your host, my host didn’t provide toilet roll and was asked to buy on my own. Toilet floor is always wet as floor trap is far from where water flows. Foul smell due to bad ventilation. Toilet is quite dirty too.Overall it is quite an overpriced stay with low expectations met.The only good thing is the view.

I booked a room at tower A. Floor 22-33A. It is a very nice and clean room. Nice interior designer. Clean toilet. Just the bed hard a bit. Overall is more than my expectations

- swimming pool is dirty, in green color, (very different from advertisement). i very disappointed because i expect to enjoy swimming during my short stay.- Lack of Management! Dirty pool, dirty corridor- Lack of security! because there is no CCTV in corridor and CCTV at car park just a decor, not working at all!- Shoplot below are empty.- Many unit in the residence is empty, Landlord no pay maintenance fee, some unit going to Auction.

At first i was expecting Nice stay to visit and the view was calmly. Facade looks impressive as does the pool however the rooms are not well kept and the toilet had a faint smell of urine. Towels were gross and bed linen was old and bed was badly made.First and last time there. Price is cheap so you pay what you get. Check in is another hassle. Have to find the Rep to get keys at Tower A or B not fixed. No lobby for check in. No restaurant in the building and the shopping centre is desolate. No shops at all like a ghost town.

Exterior looks grand but interior Abit rundown. Has a washer and dryer. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Has 2 toilet with shower (1 with bathtub). Basic cooking utensils provided. Towel smells a little but we washed and dry before using. Corridor is dirty, cigarette butt found on floor. Overall, place is on a quieter side.

Host briefly sent a very details process to check in. It was an easy process to check in. Please note that the parking is chargeable, RM 6 per day (weekdays). During my stay, host did not provide iron, only the iron board is provided. This unit did not clean up the entire place properly. It was very dirty (especially the adjustable table in the living room) & also near the window slits.

A-18-02 , Book at agoda, before accepting my booking , owner need clarity few thing, then only will accept the booking. Owner will addition collect Rm200 security deposit, it will refund after room cleaning done , it is nice and comfortable single room with 2 bed , 2 clean bathroom, and with private pool, the room price is abit expansive compare with other listing , but it worth, my kids like to play at the private pool even the jacuzzi is not function , it is easy check in process. However, they provided parking arrangements for hotel guests, seed wifi connectivity with smart TV link with YouTube , this house is far from the lift entry, the kitchen in the room are clen, they provide 3 in 1 coffee and tea pack but no mineral water.This room only 1 place need to improve, 1 off the wall painting are dropping .. it is new building it still under warranty period by developer, pls request them come to touch up the wall..

I had a overnight stay here. Entering the bathroom with unpleasant and stinky smell. The apartment is not well ventilated. Lack of managements. Cleanliness..2/5.Dirty. They need to improved on these matters. They can be better in future.

Hello perfecthost, if u want to keep deposit, pls make sure u have enough staff to operate 24 hours. I just want to check out but need to wait them start operate at 9am.If u can’t make it 24hour operate, don’t try to keep deposit la , comment sense.And the room is dusty , toilet mat is superrrrrrrrr dirty and sticky. EWWWWW

Staying in this place is the worst experience I ever have during the trip.The hygiene in the room is very bad.1) There are cockroaches everywhere2) Very smelly. You can smell damp and moldy from the outside of the room3) The floor is very sticky and there are some oil marks and water marks on the floor.4) The shower area floor drain is clogged.In this situation, it is impossible to shower because the floor drain clogged right after my hair getting wet. The bathroom is flooded! We had requested to change room.However there were still the similars problem in the room1) The air conditioner was leaking caused the floor was wet and very slippery2) The pillow had a peculiar smell3) There was used toilet paper on the floor of the room4) The bathroom wash basin and shower area floor drains were still clogged, the water was draining very slow.Lastly, in that circumstance a traveler after a long journey and checked in but being served to that kind of room condition was very indignant. In addition, the customer service experience was very bad. No single apologies from them like they know the room conditions are terrible. Although they agreed for a room changed, the service staff was very impolite and unfriendly. They asked customers to pack up and go to the counter within 5 minutes (this timeline given was when i’m on my halfway shower) and this is just because the staff needed to leave on time.We paying the money but being treated in this terrible accommodation. We are in a mess and rushed to the counter with a bunch of luggage. This is a very horrible experience in this stay and the process of dealing with the staff was really terrible.**ACTUAL TOTALLY DIFFERENT WITH PHOTO

Loved the room and view we got. Its quite affordable places during the non holiday's. You have restaurant and convenience stores nearby the area as well so we won't struggle.

Room was clean and neat. Spacious with a sea view though the Malacca island was rather derelict. One of the toilet bowl choked during our stay, fortunate thing was there were 3 toilets in our accommodation. Overall is okay.

Security can always be found at the entrance area, both daytime and night time, helping us to feel safe staying at this place. Stayed at a unit at the top floor and the view was very relaxing and nice :) The wind at night was really strong and windy.

The facilities of building like sauna and steam room, Bbq pit temporarily closed. The swimming pool very dirty due to the filter pump not function well, so the colour of swimming is green😐. There were dead insects and leaves in the pool. The corridor have so many defects. Overall is quite disappointed. Pls improve don't waste a nice buildings.

WOW! Loved this apartment!! We rented a room for a week while we rested and caught up from travelling burn out. The check in was easy and simple, the day we arrived we were given a code to grab our key for our room. When we got to our room the space was clean and so beautiful. This building was fairly new and they were still building in shops in the bottom of the apartment complex. The area is close to a mall, although the mall seemed abandoned, it was still a nice place to go for a walk. We walked 2km to the nearest grocery store and were able to cook and do laundry in our own suite. The bathroom was amazing, with a big soaker tub and a separate shower. The hot water was unbelievable and was so nice when you wanted to relax in the tub. There was a beautiful pool and gym to use while we stayed at the apartment as well. It was so relaxing and just what we needed. We were originally going to skip Melaka but we are happy we ended up seeing what this little city was all about. We ended up spending two weeks in Melaka and discovered all that this little city had to offer.

I stayed at A-28-# booked via Airbnb - Imperio Suite, not under MP I guess..?It included cards for free parking, enter building n enter room. Host Cozy was very responsive via msg in Airbnb app.My room was very clean, came with bath tub, good WiFi, kitchen to cook, kettle (non-plastic inner), table for 5, washing machine, lounge at window n 2 beds. Heater and water volume, fan n aircond worked.Online tv worked except Netflix was locked by previous customer n couldn't logout without code 🙄 Pls logout for security n don't cause inconvenience to others.The swimming pool looked amazing for leisure fun (not deep for Olympic swimming). Didn't swim but the walk on the pool floor was nice with some wind during the morning.Security guards were friendly n polite.I came on the weekday before Raya, it was super quiet. The mall / shops were closed down in Tower A. Plenty of parking when I came in the evening. A bit eerie though..There are other nearby mall in front n Double Tree (Hilton), shoplots with food but this location is considered quiet compared to Jonker area.

My husband book a room here 4 my bday, room is nice, spacious & clean❤️, hoping you guys add toothpaste & toothbrush in the future:), remote control in room is not functioning well, and last I love the bathtub & the pool is clean and I just love the view🥰
