What are you wearing home from the hospital?!
My first baby I wore sweat pants and a big tshirt, but honestly I just want to feel more human this time so I'm looking for something slightly nicer. Definitely prefer looser pants not tights as they would be too hard to get on. It'll likely still be cold outside where I live in April. Not too pricey please! Any recommendations? Bonus for links and photos!

I got a 3pc set from Costco yesterday! It’s super soft Jersey material, and comes with a nice shirt, a pair of shorts and a pair of joggers so I can decide depending on weather :) I was super excited to stumble upon it! Plus it was only 17$ for the whole set!

High waisted postpartum leggings and a zip up sweatshirt or sweater pending weather. I like the secure feeling of the leggings on my stomach.

I may be an oddball but I like wearing high rise leggings post delivery. They hold the mesh undies/pad in place and offer some security by holding you in a bit around the belly. I always wore loose pajamas pants in the hospital but wore home leggings and then lived in leggings for the first few weeks.

@mustlovebabies123,
do these not look crazy with a postpartum diaper underneath?! Genuinely curious! This is my first so I have no idea lol

@bisaac24,
I actually don’t think I wore them with a diaper, but maybe with the mesh undies and a huge pad! I was more concerned with comfort at the time. I’m sure it wasn’t cute

I got a couple of those linen overalls....I hope they look okay on me but they are super baggy and hopefully comfortable for my c section incision.

Here’s my outfit. I just may wear it to the hospital and back home given I’ll be in it’s short time before my scheduled c-section. I think it’s cute and comfy. Hope this helps!

I'm team lounge pants and a nursing cami, plus jacket or cardigan. I basically like VERY easy boob access at all times the first 6 months🤣

Whatever maternity jeans & shirt I end up going in with will likely be my going home outfit. New shirt if anything because I just like fresh shirts, but jeans are fine to rewear home if only a couple hours wearing before going in. I don't like feeling like I have a giant pad sloshing about (normally strictly tampons but obviously not after birth) so no matter what, no loose pants that don't hold everything in place. I refuse to wear diapers, they just gross me out (personal choice).
